Key & Asset Tracking

The key management module allows customers to effortlessly track the movement of keys/bunches of keys in and out of the system.
It is possible to define hierarchical access rights to each individual key or key bunch.

Users can be verified visually against photographs held on the database.

Any overdue key alarms are presented in the main GUI to the operator.

We will integrate to a key issue technology of your choice – the system currently ships with a barcode interface but we will be happy to integrate to RFID, thumbprint or similar technologies if required.

Reporting

Our software is designed to satisfy the requirements of the current Data Protection and has a secure evidential audit trail. We ship over 120 graphically enriched reports with our system. In addition we have given our customers an advanced search and reporting tool, which allows customers to build their own reports – or we can provide assistance/a custom report writing service. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically and emailed out to recipients.
